How much is flower delivery?
Delivery is charged at $10 per location to Singapore addresses, except P.O. Box addresses and unless otherwise stated.
Delivery during peak seasons such as selected eves of, or public holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas, may incur additional charges and also subjected to our delivery availability. You may contact us directly @ +65 9631-8181 to check on delivery availability for season periods.

When do you deliver?
At Tropifame Flora BY KAREN, we offer same day delivery Monday to Friday for orders placed before 12pm.
(Not applicable for deliveries to schools and CBD/ Business area)
If you require a delivery on the same day later than this time,
please call our friendly staff on +65 9631-8181 or +65 6338-8182 to see if we can accommodate to your request.
As a general courtesy, we ask that all orders be placed 24 to 48 hours before your desired delivery date.
What if my recipient is not able to receive the flowers?
If the recipient is not available to receive the flowers, we’ll call you for further instructions to deliver at the recipient’s convenience.
If we’re unable to reach you, flowers will be left at the reception or the front door.
We’ll not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items from that point onward.
An additional surcharge of S$20.00 will be imposed should you require re-delivery.
Can I change my delivery location after order?
Please ensure your recipient will be at the delivery location upon confirmation of date and time.
If any changes have to be done, please inform us immediately or at least 24 hours in advance.
Can I do self-Collection?
Yes, you can!
We’re located at, One Commonwealth, #08-01. Singapore 149544, between 10am to 7pm.

Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation of orders must be made 24 hours in advance before the delivery time for Singapore delivery.
Failing which, a cancellation fee of 50% of the selling price is chargeable.
Any refund on the orders will be processed and completed approximately 2 - 3 working weeks.
Hence, it will not be reflected immediately on your up-coming card statement.
